1. Getting to know you
Every Trout Lines journey begins long before the first cast. We listen to you and learn your story to write the best possible script for your expedition.
Whether remotely or in person, we make this first step personal — welcoming you to our departure lounge in Wisconsin, where we can sit down, open a bottle of Fly Wines Malbec, and start shaping your trip together.

2. It’s all in the design
Taking what we learned, we create your initial proposal and pair you with the best guides in the region, while matching your taste for activities and lodging options.

3. Execution
After working with you to dial in your perfect trip, your trip manager will make all bookings on your behalf, confirm all itinerary segments, and provide you with a polished, final timed itinerary.

4. Follow through
Prior to departure, your trip manager will reconfirm your entire itinerary and be there for you every step of the way — from runway to riverbank, and back. You will enjoy round-the-clock trip support and monitoring to ensure your adventure goes off without a hitch.
